Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Last Reviewed: September 16, 2026
Covenforge Strategy Studio LLC is committed to making www.covenforge.com accessible and usable for people with disabilities.
Accessibility is not an add-on to our work. It is central to why Covenforge exists. We believe technology should reduce strain and that when a digital experience works for people who use assistive technology, it works better for older adults, non-expert users, and most everyone else, too.
Our accessibility standard
Covenforge aims to make this Website conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG is an internationally recognized set of technical accessibility guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Its requirements are organized around four principles: content and functionality should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Our target of WCAG 2.2 Level AA includes the applicable Level A and Level AA success criteria. This is the standard Covenforge uses as the foundation for accessibility evaluation and remediation work.
What we do
We work to make this Website usable with a range of devices, browsers, input methods, and assistive technologies. Our ongoing accessibility practices include:
-
Building pages with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure.
-
Supporting keyboard-only navigation, including visible keyboard focus.
-
Providing meaningful text alternatives for informative images.
-
Designing color and contrast with readability in mind.
-
Using clear labels, instructions, and error messaging in forms.
-
Avoiding interactions that depend on a single input method, such as a mouse, precise pointer movement, or dragging alone.
-
Supporting text resizing, browser zoom, and user-controlled spacing without unnecessary loss of content or functionality.
-
Reviewing the Website with automated accessibility-testing tools and manual testing practices.
-
Checking accessibility as content, design, integrations, and functionality change.
-
Prioritizing real-world usability, not merely passing an automated scan.
Accessibility is ongoing
No website is ever “finished,” and accessibility requires continuous care. As Covenforge updates content, adds services, changes technology, or integrates third-party tools, we will continue to identify, prioritize, and address accessibility barriers.
We recognize that third-party content and services such as booking tools, embedded forms, video platforms, payment providers, social media platforms, or map integrations, may be outside Covenforge’s direct control. When we use third-party tools, we aim to select accessible options where feasible and will work to provide an alternative path if an embedded service creates a barrier.
Known limitations
We are actively working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across this Website.
At this time, the following limitations may apply:
-
Some third-party content, plugins, embedded tools, or linked external websites may not fully meet the same accessibility standard.
-
Older content or downloadable documents may occasionally require remediation.
-
New content or features may present accessibility issues before they are identified through testing.
If you encounter a barrier, please let us know. Your feedback helps us identify issues that automated tools and internal reviews may miss.
